Caller harrassing me at my job and on my cell phone stating that a criminal case has been filed against me. I don`t have so much as a traffic violation so I know this cannot possibly hold any truth.

I live in Mississippi and this number Calls at all hours at least 5 times a day No one ever picks up on the line when I answer.... does anyone have any info on how to stop these calls

Got exact same call- recording called my cell and work number.

I received a call at work stating that a legal affidavit had been filed against me and that I had three counts of fraud against me for failure to repay a cash loan from an internet site. The Indian speaking guy stated that they had placed the funds in my account and when he went to get them out, he was unable to because "the payment was declined". He started the conversation by asking for my lawyer's name. He provided me with the last four digits of my social and stated that I had ignored emails from them that provided me with the information. When I began to question him, he hung up. I tried calling him back and after some time, he called me back to say that they would be sending a police out to arrest me and that I would understand the charges when they arrived. He would not give me ay information on the company nor the place where the filing took place.

Dont know who this is. when i answer they hang up after a few minutes

No info except that it is a "time sensitive legal issue" and I am "advised" to return the call asap.

Keep away from this one. She'll be on your cell phone like you're a ATM machine every time she's tweekin.

This stupid business phone number has been worrying me to give him my credit card to run for some stupid charges...

Said they wanted to send out my new medical cards and I told him that I don't have any insurance that I got laid off from work last year. I told him that I didn't want it and he kept insisting on that I needed to try it for 30 days. I told him that it was a scam and He said how is this a scam so I told him that I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and I just hung up.

Called twice, yesterday & today. Left an incoherient message today. Don't have a clue as to who/whom it is.

He keeps calling about a credit card debt that we never had. He was willing to make a deal on the spot if I would give him my s.s# and my credit card # since he said he had all of my other info except these numbers. He stated that we were already served papers regarding this debt ,which is a lie! He called again 1 week later an said on the answering machine that we would be served papers ? and that he would see us in court.

Caller continuley calls, never says anything when phone is answered.Becoming very annoying

Says nothing, calls about 1-2 times per week. I hear breathing on the other end but nothing else. I have been trying to find out whose number this is, but I'm not willing to pay $14.95 just to see who is harassing me. I'm going to file a police report and have Verizon investigate it. What I have found out so far is that it is a land line, the carrier is Pac-West Telecomm, and it is an unpublished number in Las Vegas (as opposed to anywhere else in that area code). I'm thinking it is someone's home phone number, their name is something like F.M. Cross. There are several F.M. Crosses in that area. Anyone out there want to help me find out who it is???
